Amphitheater Renovation and Parking Reconstruction Project

The City of Zielona Góra is seeking suppliers for a construction project aimed at modernizing the Anna German Amphitheater and its surrounding facilities. This project includes the following key tasks: 1) Renovation and modernization of the amphitheater seating area, including a new roof and stage; 2) Reconstruction of the parking area adjacent to the amphitheater. The project will be executed under a design and build contract, which means that the selected supplier will be responsible for creating comprehensive project documentation and obtaining all necessary approvals, permits, and construction licenses. The scope of work includes: a) Renovating the seating area; b) Constructing a PVC membrane roof over the seating; c) Renovating the stage roof and the stage area; d) Building control booths for audio and visual; e) Constructing catering and sanitary facilities; f) Landscaping the surrounding area; g) Reconstructing the parking lot; h) Interior design. The City plans to secure external funding from the European Funds for Lubusz, under the initiative "Enhancing the Cultural Appeal of the Region through the Reconstruction of the Amphitheater with a Roof" - Action 5.4 – Cultural and Tourist Infrastructure.
