Public Art Opportunity at Leighton Leisure Centre

Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking artists to create 2 to 4 public art pieces for the new Leighton Leisure Centre. This project may result in one or more contracts, funded by S106 public realm money. The procurement process consists of two stages, where shortlisted artists will receive a fixed payment for their design work. The Council will provide support and information to assist you in the quotation process. All questions and answers will be shared with all bidders to ensure fairness. If you have any questions or need clarification, please use the Correspondence feature in the In-tend electronic tendering system. The deadline for submitting questions is December 19, 2025. Quotations and any required attachments must be submitted electronically through the In-tend system by January 5, 2026, at 09:00. Quotations submitted via the correspondence feature will not be accepted. Late submissions will be excluded from consideration.
