Computer Equipment and Accessories Supply for Shumen University

This public procurement contract is for the supply and warranty support of computer equipment, peripheral devices, and application software for the training base of Shumen University at the Regional STEM Center in Yastrebino. The delivery location is in Shumen, University Street No. 115 – Building 1. The contract is divided into 12 distinct lots with a total estimated value of 228,966.83 BGN excluding VAT. The estimated value of 20% of the total contract value without VAT is 45,793.37 BGN, which includes the total estimated value of lots No. 9 to No. 12 amounting to 44,898.78 BGN excluding VAT. According to Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority will award lots No. 9, 10, 11, and 12 based on the individual estimated value of each, as their total estimated value without VAT does not exceed 20% of the total contract value, and the value of each of the specified lots does not exceed 156,464.00 BGN. The individual estimated values of lots No. 9 to No. 12 fall within the value threshold specified in Article 20, paragraph 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act and will be awarded directly. The remaining value of the contract, amounting to 184,068.05 BGN excluding VAT, which is the total estimated value of lots No. 1 to No. 8, will be awarded through an open procedure as per Article 18, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, announced on the CAIS EOP Platform. The names of the distinct lots are specified in the Technical Specification.
