Building Cleaning Services Contract

This contract opportunity is for the provision of maintenance cleaning and window cleaning services for all properties of FH Aachen. The maintenance cleaning contract will run from March 1, 2026, to February 28, 2028, with an option to extend for up to two additional years, making the total possible duration until March 1, 2030. The window cleaning contract will be from February 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027, also with an option to extend for up to two additional years, potentially lasting until December 31, 2029. Both contracts will automatically renew for one additional year, up to two times, unless terminated by the buyer with a six-month notice before the end of the respective contract year.
