Mobile Blood Collection Vehicles for Regional Blood Donation Centers

This contract involves the procurement of mobile blood collection points based on buses for various Regional Blood Donation Centers (RCKiK) in Poland. Specifically, one vehicle is needed for Bydgoszcz, one for Katowice, one for Poznań, one for Warsaw, and one for Słupsk. The vehicles must be brand new, unused, and fully operational, manufactured no earlier than 2025, and sourced from official distribution channels within Poland or the European Union. They should not have any third-party claims against them and must not be used for display purposes. A vehicle may be considered new if it has a maximum mileage of 4,000 kilometers due to necessary specialized modifications, technical inspections, and transport to the buyer. The supplier must provide a statement detailing the mileage and route taken for vehicles delivered with over 50 kilometers. Detailed specifications and requirements for the vehicles are outlined in the attached documents for each RCKiK. Offers that do not meet all specified requirements will be rejected. The buyer allows for equivalent solutions if specific brands or patents are mentioned in the description, ensuring fair competition among suppliers. The contract must be fulfilled according to the requirements set forth in the procurement documentation.
