France – Property Renovation and Maintenance Works

The Caisse Prévoyance Retraite Notaires (CPRN) is seeking suppliers for maintenance and renovation works on its real estate properties. This contract, numbered 2025-001, is divided into twelve separate lots: Lot 1 covers Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing; Lot 2 includes General Electricity, Low Voltage, Fire Safety Systems, Remote Monitoring, and Access Control; Lot 3 involves Masonry, Plastering, False Ceilings, and Tiling; Lot 4 is for Facade Renovation and Stonework; Lot 5 pertains to Interior and Exterior Carpentry; Lot 6 includes Locksmithing, Metalwork, Wrought Iron, and Automatic Doors; Lot 7 covers Framework, Roofing, and Waterproofing; Lot 8 is for Painting, Wall Coverings, and Soft Flooring; Lot 9 involves Stair and Entrance Carpets; Lot 10 is for Asbestos and Lead Removal; Lot 11 includes Cleaning, Transport, and Clearance; and Lot 12 is for General Works. Each lot is an independent contract, and suppliers can bid on any or all lots without specific restrictions. However, for Lot 12, awarded suppliers cannot receive any other lots unless there is insufficient competition. The deadline for submissions is September 30, 2025.
