Radiotherapy Equipment and Accessories Supply

This contract is for the supply, installation, and commissioning of brachytherapy equipment, including specific sources and accessories, radiation protection, and a 5-year warranty. Suppliers are required to meet the technical specifications outlined in the tender documents. It is important to note that any references to specific manufacturers, brands, patents, or production methods are to be understood as including 'or equivalent' options to ensure non-discrimination and equal treatment. The delivery, installation, and commissioning period is a maximum of 90 days from the order receipt by the contracting authority. A product is considered delivered when all contract activities are completed, the product/equipment is installed, operates within agreed parameters, and is accepted by the contracting authority. Products must be delivered in the specified quantity and quality to the location indicated by the contracting authority, and each product must include all necessary components for operation and maintenance. The minimum warranty period for the equipment is 60 months from the date of product receipt. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 18 days before the bid submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the submission deadline. All clarification requests must be submitted through SICAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). The estimated value of the procurement is 5,287,000 lei excluding VAT, with a participation guarantee of 52,780 lei.
