Managed Security Operations Center Service for Healthcare

The Katholisches Klinikum Bochum is seeking a Managed Service for a Security Operations Center (SOC) to protect the complex interactions of various IT systems and the extensive sensitive information processed for clinical care, ensuring information security. This SOC will not only involve technical equipment but also personnel tasks that cannot be managed by the internal team due to resource limitations. The Managed Service SOC will provide more than just monitoring; it will include various preventive measures to safeguard patient data and ensure patient safety, as well as defend against cyberattacks such as sabotage (e.g., KIS outages), unintended encryption of patient data (ransomware), malicious manipulation of patient data, and breaches of data confidentiality through data leaks.
