Digital Platform Development and Improvement for Accessible Online Training

This contract seeks a service provider to develop and enhance a fully accessible digital platform (Level AA compliance) in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1 or higher. The platform will support the following activities: • Development and management of online training and virtual classrooms. • Comprehensive online management of in-person training sessions. Currently, Inserta Empleo has a basic technological tool for online training supervision that is AA accessible and integrated with Inserta Empleo's IT tools. The goal is to expand its capabilities for online training management and in-person training management, including hosting and maintenance. The project will involve the design, development, configuration, deployment, hosting, and maintenance of the digital platform for the aforementioned services, building upon the existing tool. It will adhere to the general principles governing the FSE+ Programs, such as universal accessibility, sustainable development, and innovation. The primary aim of this contract is to provide an agile, flexible, and effective service for development, maintenance, and management, aligned with continuous improvement in service delivery and its impact on job seekers, compliance with regulations, quality management systems, and the overarching principles of the activity.
