Stabilization Works for Grabserbergstrasse

The project involves stabilization works on the rear Grabserbergstrasse, which runs through an unstable slope in the Eschboden / Striggweidli area. The road and retaining walls are damaged due to ongoing landslides. The stabilization will be achieved using unbonded soil nails and micropiles. Additionally, the existing concrete retaining structure on the downhill side will be renewed. The work can only be carried out during a complete closure of the rear Grabserbergstrasse, which can only occur between October and May due to heavy agricultural traffic. This tender includes the removal of the existing pavement, securing the excavation with shotcrete, installation of soil nails and micropiles, reconstruction of the downhill concrete retaining wall, and installation of drainage and sewer lines, including shafts. Only the foundation layer will be constructed in the road area, along with a fill for a temporary road.
