Electric Minibus Procurement for Community Transport in Naidăș, Romania

This contract involves the procurement of new electric minibuses intended for urban passenger transport. It includes the supply of necessary equipment, special tools, devices, spare parts, and consumables. The contractor will also provide service activities during the warranty period, as well as training and authorization for the service personnel designated by the contracting authority. Key components and services to be delivered under this contract include: • Products and services as described in section 3.3.1 • Delivery, installation, and configuration of products at the beneficiary authority's location • Warranty assurance for the equipment and products supplied under the contract. Throughout the contract, the contractor must adhere to the following principles: i. The contractor acts in the interest of the contracting authority during the supply of products, within the conditions and limits described in the related documentation; ii. The contractor aims to achieve the objectives outlined for the contract, optimizing the use of resources necessary to fulfill the contract's goals. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers, and responses to these requests will be provided within 11 days before the submission deadline.
