Romania – Four-Wheel Drive Vehicles – Purchase of Utility Vehicles

This contract involves the supply of utility vehicles with the specifications and performance requirements outlined in the procurement documentation. A separate supply contract will be established for each lot: - Lot 1: Utility Vehicle Type 1 – 1 unit; - Lot 2: Utility Vehicle Type 2 - 1 unit; - Lot 3: Utility Vehicle Type 3 - 3 units. After the announcement of participation is published, economic operators can submit requests for clarifications in the procedure details section/Clarification requests/Questions/Communications. All clarification requests must be sent through SEAP (http://e-licitatie.ro). Responses to clarification requests will be provided in accordance with Articles 160-161 of Law 98/2016. The deadline for requesting clarifications or information regarding the procurement documentation is 15 (fifteen) days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications from economic operators/additional information at least 10 (three) days before the deadline for submitting offers.
