Architectural Design Services for the Regeneration of the Former Psychiatric Hospital in Sondrio

The Municipality of Sondrio is inviting bids for an open European tender through the Sintel platform. This contract seeks technical engineering and architectural services for the adjustment of the feasibility study and executive design, including safety coordination during the design phase, related to the regeneration of the former psychiatric hospital in Sondrio. This project is central to a new vision of integrated policies. Optional services include project management, accounting, and safety coordination during the execution phase at construction sites. These optional services will only be awarded if the contracting authority decides to activate them within 30 days following the positive verification of the executive project, and no later than 360 days from the signing of the initial contract, as per the terms regulated in the tender documents. The services must utilize digital construction management methods and tools (BIM methodology). The total value of the contract is approximately €2,100,094.44, and the deadline for submissions is September 22, 2025.
