Construction Work for Small Projects in Svalöv

This procurement opportunity is for a framework agreement for small construction projects of varying scope within Svalöv Municipality, to be carried out year-round. The work will take place in the towns of Svalöv, Kågeröd, Röstånga, Teckomatorp, Billeberga, and Tågarp. Examples of potential tasks include: - Construction of playgrounds, gyms, sports fields, or similar - Creation of planting areas (excluding planting) - Removal of bushes and establishment of grass areas - Construction of gravel pathways - Creation of parking lots - Paving with stones - Grading and maintenance of roads and sidewalks - Minor excavation and digging work - Moving materials - Removal of pole foundations and poles for road signs - Excavation and setting of concrete foundations for road signs - Repair of wooden equipment, such as decks, bridges, stairs, etc. - Renovation of playground equipment - Assisting municipal staff with the above tasks.
