    Brief

    This contract involves the supply of electricity to municipal facilities in the areas of Czernichów, Igołomia-Wawrzeńczyce, Kocmyrzów-Luborzyca, Liszki, Michałowice, Mogilany, Świątniki Górne, Wielka Wieś, and Zabierzów. The total estimated volume of electricity required is 44,080,174 kWh (with a variance of +/- 20%) for the delivery period from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027. Each measurement point will be treated separately, and the new contracts will commence only after the existing contracts are effectively terminated and the supplier change procedure is successfully completed. Detailed descriptions of the contract, including a list of facilities and planned electricity consumption, can be found in attachments 10, 11, and 12 of the procurement documents. The sale of electricity will be conducted under the regulations of the Energy Law of April 10, 1997, and in accordance with the relevant executive regulations, particularly the customer service standards outlined in the Minister of Climate and Environment's regulation of March 22, 2023, regarding the detailed conditions for the operation of the electricity system. The standards for contract execution are defined in these legal documents.
