Construction of Railway Infrastructure in Bielsko-Biała

This contract involves the design, construction, and modernization of railway infrastructure as part of the planned integrated transport hub in Bielsko-Biała. The work will be carried out under a 'design and build' approach and includes the following key components: 1. Development of comprehensive project documentation for the construction and modernization of railway infrastructure, in accordance with the Functional and Utility Program requirements, including obtaining necessary approvals, permits, and administrative decisions. 2. Execution of construction works based on the project documentation, which will cover: A) Scope 1, including demolition of conflicting structures (railway and non-railway), construction and reconstruction of buildings, and modification of railway facilities (tracks, switches, level crossings) and technical infrastructure networks; B) Scope 2, which includes the demolition of conflicting buildings, railway tracks, technical infrastructure networks, and road surfaces.
