This contract involves the procurement of electrical materials for the Municipality of Aigaleo, with a total budget of €180,000, including 24% VAT. The procurement is divided into the following groups: Group A1: Bulbs, with a budget of €44,865.06 (including VAT); Group A2: Lighting fixtures, with a budget of €58,575.00 (including VAT); Group A3: Lighting accessories, with a budget of €11,732.76 (including VAT); Group A4: Cables, etc., with a budget of €17,526.99 (including VAT); Group A5: Panel materials, with a budget of €32,050.49 (including VAT); Group A6: Various materials, with a budget of €15,249.71 (including VAT). The items to be procured are classified under the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code 31681410-0. Bids must be submitted for all groups and all materials within each group (from Group A1 to Group A6). The supplied items are homogeneous and relate to electrical installations and their equipment, and suppliers can offer all materials from all groups. Additionally, since the needs for each item cannot be precisely determined in advance, having the same supplier for all groups ensures the procurement of items required during the contract period, rather than just those covered by the budget of the groups. The estimated value of the contract is €145,161.29 excluding 24% VAT (estimated value including VAT: €180,000.00). The contract may be modified during its duration without requiring a new contracting process, only in accordance with the terms and conditions of Article 132 of Law 4412/2016 and following the opinion of the competent authority. The contracting authority may, justified and following the opinion of the competent advisory body, award the contract for 80% to 120% of the quantity of goods or services specified in the contract documents, as stipulated in Article 45 of Law 4782/2021. The duration of the contract is set at six (6) months or until the budget is exhausted, whichever comes first. A detailed description of the physical and economic object of the contract is provided in Annex I (Technical Description – Technical Specifications) & Annex II (Indicative Budget) of this announcement. The contract will be awarded based on the most economically advantageous offer, based on price for all groups and all materials within each group (from Group A1 to Group A6). Bids must be submitted for the entire list of requested items in the indicative budget, and any bid submitted for part of the items will be rejected. The contract will be awarded based on the most economically advantageous offer, based on price for all groups and all materials within each group (from Group A1 to Group A6).
