School Energy Upgrade Project in Leixlip

This contract is for the energy performance upgrade of an existing post-primary school, Colaiste Chiarain in Leixlip. The project includes several key improvements: replacing the flat roof weathering, insulation, and rooflights, as well as upgrading the pitched roof tiles and associated structures. Additionally, the project involves installing external wall insulation, upgrading windows and doors, and carrying out internal works such as replacing ceilings, existing insulation, and rewiring the building. The installation of Mechanical Heat Recovery Ventilation (MHVR) units and a heat pump is also part of the project, along with minor internal layout modifications and all related site works.
