Construction and Renovation of Vinsonneau Elementary School

This contract opportunity involves the renovation and expansion of the existing Vinsonneau Elementary School, including the demolition of current buildings. The school has a theoretical capacity of 390 students and will feature a completely new extension with 7 classrooms, 4 workshops, a multipurpose room, a covered play area, and a dining facility. Additionally, there will be a partial renovation of the existing building, which includes 6 classrooms and 5 workshops, along with the demolition of the principal's office, a covered play area, and its restrooms. The project also includes the development of a playground, a public forecourt, and a technical access area for the dining zone.
