Reconstruction and Modernization of the Shořalý Mill Hydroelectric Power Plant

This public procurement contract involves the modernization of a small hydroelectric power plant using a Design & Build approach. The work will be divided into three main phases: I. Project activities – primarily, but not exclusively, the preparation of construction permit documentation in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, and related implementing regulations effective from July 1, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Building Act') and construction execution documentation; II. Engineering activities – primarily, but not exclusively, obtaining necessary permits and actions according to the Building Act; III. Construction activities – primarily, but not exclusively: a) dismantling of the original technology, b) supplying new turbines according to technical specifications, including directly associated low-speed generators, c) construction modifications to the inlets, outlets, and weirs for the installation of new turbines, d) installation of new technology including accessories (electrical switchboards, PLC control of the power plant, screens including automatic cleaning, remote monitoring including a camera system), e) supply and laying of power cables to the Maškova zahrada sports complex, including connection to the complex and PLC control integration, f) necessary repairs of paved inlet and outlet channels up to a maximum amount of 4 million CZK excluding VAT (see current condition – Appendix No. 11), g) necessary repairs of the power plant building, h) bank stabilization of 'Skautský ostrov' to ensure bank stability behind the clubhouses, i) construction of a 65m long retaining wall, approximately 3m high, j) administration of necessary legislative steps for the commissioning of the power plant, k) commissioning of the power plant for trial operation and subsequent handover of the project.
