Food and Beverage Supply Contract

This contract involves the supply of food products (including groceries, food items, cold beverages, and alcoholic drinks) for the locations specified in section 1.2 of the procurement guidelines. The food products will be sold in the cafeterias of the schools operated by the contracting authority. Cold beverages will also be available through vending machines. The supply of food products includes related items such as cardboard cups, plates, napkins, etc. The contractor must execute the contract according to the requirements outlined in Appendix 1. Appendix 7 contains the required quality standards for the food products and related items. Appendix 8 provides consumption data for the Maris College for the year 2024 and for the Haags Montessori Lyceum for the measurement period from August 2024 to February 2025. The mentioned numbers are estimates and are intended to allow bidders to calculate on an equal basis. No rights can be derived from the mentioned description and numbers. During the term of the agreement, the contracting authority has the option to add, reduce, or relocate locations and/or quantities.
