Construction and Supervision Services for Residential Building in Svishtov

This public procurement contract involves the design, construction, and supervision of a residential building managed by the 'Detelina' Owners' Association, located at 11 Petar Angelov Street, Svishtov. The project includes the following key activities: 1. Development of an investment project in the 'Working Project' phase to implement energy-saving measures that achieve at least energy consumption class 'B', ensuring accessibility for individuals with mobility difficulties in compliance with the relevant regulations. 2. Providing author supervision during the construction and installation works according to legal requirements. 3. Executing construction and installation works on the residential building, which includes various energy-saving measures such as wall insulation, roof insulation, floor insulation, window replacement, and installation of energy-efficient lighting systems. The construction is classified as a fourth category project. The contracting authority will enter into a framework agreement with the selected participant who meets the selection criteria and whose offer complies with the announced conditions. The framework agreement will be signed with the participant ranked first. The contracting authority will finalize the public procurement contract after securing funding.
