Construction of Educational Campus in Romania

This contract involves the construction of a multifunctional educational center named 'Student Connect' at the University of Life Sciences 'King Michael I' in Timișoara. The project aims to provide modern university infrastructure and includes the following key components: 1. A new recreational and reading space with a capacity of 280 seats; 2. A new cafeteria with a capacity of 196 seats; 3. New accommodation facilities with a capacity of 257 beds. In total, the project will create infrastructure for 733 places, with 294 designated for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, representing 40% of the total. The construction will feature a modern design and competitive amenities, enhancing the urban standards of the area and positively impacting the local community. The estimated total value of the contract for design and execution is 39,450,543.47 lei, excluding VAT, and 46,946,146.73 lei, including VAT. The deadline for suppliers to request clarifications regarding the documentation is 22 days before the submission deadline for offers.
