Project Management Services for International Internships

This contract involves organizing and supporting up to 92 international internships for recent graduates and vocational training students from Jaén, Spain. The internships, known as ERASMUSPRO, can last up to 92 days, with additional short-term options of 32 or 62 days. The contract also includes planning visits and support for up to 39 educational institutions involved in the project "Jaén+ IX: Vocational Training with a Plus in Europe," which is co-funded by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union. Services required include organizational support, training, participant safety, travel arrangements, accommodation, monitoring, and closure of each international mobility/internship. There is potential to increase the number of short-term internships based on budget availability, without altering the accounting documents or the total budget limit.
