Construction Works for School Buildings – Reconstruction and Extension of OŠ Artiče

The Municipality of Brežice is planning an investment for the "Reconstruction and Extension of OŠ Artiče". This project involves the reconstruction of the existing school building and its extension, including the arrangement of the school yard. Key components of the project include: - Demolition of the oldest part of the school building located on parcel no. 262/3, k.o. Artiče, - New construction of the school building on parcel no. 262/3, k.o. Artiče, - Reconstruction of the existing school building on parcel no. 262/3, k.o. Artiče, - Supply and installation of equipment. A part of the tender documentation includes: - Detailed design for the new construction, extension, and reconstruction, project number 17140-10, February 2023, Sava projekt d.d. A building permit (no. 351-548/2018/17) was issued by the UE Brežice on March 5, 2019, for the project. The new kindergarten building at OŠ Artiče has already been completed, and a usage permit (no. 351-109/2022-6202-2) was issued by UE Brežice on February 24, 2022. According to the Regulation on the Classification of Buildings Based on Construction Complexity (37/2018), this project is classified as a complex construction.
