Office Furniture Acquisition for Mayenne Department Services

This procurement opportunity involves the acquisition of office furniture and related services for the Mayenne Department and the Mayenne Departmental Fire and Rescue Service. The project includes the supply, delivery, installation, and assembly of office furniture and seating. This procurement is part of a joint purchasing group coordinated by the Mayenne Departmental Council, following the joint purchasing agreement dated March 9, 2022. The framework agreement, which has minimum and maximum values, is established in accordance with the public procurement code articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13, and R. 2162-14. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The framework agreement is set for an initial period of one year from the actual notification date of the contract, with the possibility of three extensions.
