Construction of Heating Network in Bydgoszcz

This contract involves construction work for the heating network along Sienkiewicza and Marcinkowskiego streets in Bydgoszcz. The project includes: a) Building a heating network from point C1 to point C2, including telecommunication sewerage and alarm installation, in accordance with the construction project and necessary permits. The heating network will have a diameter of 2xDN300/450, with two branches of 2xDN200/315 at the intersection of Sienkiewicza and Chrobrego streets, and a branch of 2x250/400 at the intersection of Sienkiewicza and Bocianowo streets, along with the construction/reconstruction of chambers and wells. Additionally, a telecommunication sewerage system will be installed along the entire network. b) Reconstruction of the water supply network along Sienkiewicza street from the intersection with Lipowa to the intersection with Śniadeckich, and at the intersection with Podolska. c) Reconstruction of existing electrical infrastructure, including low-voltage cables. The contractor is responsible for all agreements and formalities with cable owners. d) Reconstruction of the existing gas network along with connections. e) Tree removal and replacement planting as per the relevant decisions. f) Occupation of the roadways and restoration of their structure according to the project. g) All work must comply with project documentation and necessary agreements. h) Areas not covered by the project must be restored to their original state. i) The project area is under conservation protection, requiring adherence to guidelines from conservation authorities. j) Completion of the project must comply with building law regulations.
