Procurement of Audio Frequency Signal Converters and Receivers

This contract involves the purchase of audio frequency central control receivers (HFKV) under a framework agreement. Suppliers are required to submit a professional offer that includes a price table in both XLS and PDF formats, duly signed. It is important to note that the total amount in the price table must match the bid price stated in the bid form. The bid price will be used for comparing offers, and individual orders will be settled based on the net unit prices offered in the price table. Foreign suppliers without a Hungarian tax number should consider the KTD and EPR amounts when providing their bid price. A detailed professional offer is mandatory, and failure to submit it will result in the invalidation of the bid. The professional offer must include identifiable data about the offered goods, such as origin, manufacturer, and type. Additionally, a signed product description or technical specification with key technical data must be attached. Other required documents include: a) Dimensioned outline drawing, b) Installation instructions, c) Terminal block distribution drawing, d) Required tightening torque for terminal block screws, e) Operating instructions, f) Assembly drawing, g) Operating and maintenance instructions, h) Description of parameterization program, i) Failure rate. The contracting authority intends to conduct contract negotiations primarily through the SAP ARIBA system before finalizing the contract.
