Supply of Capameter and Accessories

This public procurement contract involves the delivery of a capameter along with its accessories (collectively referred to as 'Equipment' or 'Delivery'). Detailed specifications of the procurement are provided in Annex 2 of the tender documentation (Contract Documentation) and Annex 4 (Technical Specifications). The supplier must submit their own technical specifications or descriptions of the offered Equipment. This technical specification is part of the contract proposal, which forms Annex 2 of the tender documentation (specifically, it will be Annex 1 of the contract - Technical Properties and Components of the Delivery). As a public research institution, the buyer requires the supplier to fully comply with the technical scope defined in the tender documentation and its annexes, which reflect the buyer's operational needs. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the supplier's bid being deemed ineligible and exclusion from the procurement process. The public procurement is financed by the Operational Program Jan Amos Komenský, which receives financial support from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (referred to as 'OP JAK'). The information and data provided in the various parts of the tender documentation outline the buyer's requirements for the contract's subject matter. The supplier is obligated to fully and unconditionally adhere to these requirements when preparing their bid and must accept them in the required scope. If the tender conditions include requirements or references to specific companies, names, or specific designations of goods and services that are characteristic of a particular entrepreneur (individual), or patents, trademarks, and designations of origin, the buyer allows the use of other qualitatively and technically equivalent solutions that fulfill the required functionality.
