Supply of Safety Helmets and Accessories in Bulgaria

This public procurement contract is for the purchase and delivery of safety helmets and their accessories. The safety helmets will be used to protect operational personnel while performing tasks in the electrical substations and during work on the transmission power lines. The head-mounted LED lamp will be used for work in poorly lit areas. It must be effective, comfortable, multifunctional, easy to use, and attachable to the helmet. The visor with a helmet holder (set) for protection against electric arcs will be used to protect employees' eyes and faces from electric arc exposure and mechanical hazards. The transparent visor with a helmet holder (set) for protection against mechanical hazards will be used to protect employees' eyes and faces from mechanical hazards. The goods to be delivered under this public procurement contract must be delivered to the buyer's warehouses in the following estimated quantities: White safety helmet for electrical work - 140 pcs; Orange safety helmet for electrical work - 2360 pcs; Green safety helmet for electrical work - 50 pcs; Orange safety helmet for electrical work - 250 pcs; Red safety helmet for electrical work - 1 pc; Yellow safety helmet for work on power lines - 250 pcs; Head-mounted LED lamp - 340 pcs; Chin strap for safety helmet for electrical work - 200 pcs; Visor with helmet holder (set) for protection against electric arcs - 200 pcs; Transparent visor with helmet holder (set) for protection against mechanical hazards - 100 pcs. The contract duration is four (4) years, during which deliveries will be made upon receipt of a delivery order from the buyer specifying the delivery location and the quantities of different items. The delivery time for each individual order is no more than 60 calendar days from the date of sending the specific delivery order from the buyer. The warranty period for the delivered helmets must be at least 24 months from the date of the acceptance protocol at the delivery location. The warranty period for the delivered head-mounted LED lamps must be at least 24 months from the date of the acceptance protocol at the delivery location. The warranty period for the delivered visors with helmet holders (set) for eye and face protection against electric arcs must be at least 24 months from the date of the acceptance protocol at the delivery location. The warranty period for the delivered transparent visors with helmet holders (set) for eye and face protection against mechanical hazards must be at least 24 months from the date of the acceptance protocol at the delivery location. Each participant is required to submit one sample of each item as follows: 1. White safety helmet for electrical work - 1 pc; 2. Green safety helmet for electrical work - 1 pc; 3. Orange safety helmet for electrical work - 1 pc; 4. Red safety helmet for electrical work - 1 pc; 5. Blue safety helmet for electrical work - 1 pc; 6. Yellow safety helmet for work on power lines - 1 pc; 7. Head-mounted LED lamp - 1 pc; 8. Visor with helmet holder (set) for protection against electric arcs - 1 pc; 9. Transparent visor with helmet holder (set) for protection against mechanical hazards - 1 pc. The samples will be used for visual inspection to ensure compliance with the parameters specified in the technical specifications for each item in Section II "Technical Requirements". As a result of these inspections, the integrity and commercial appearance of the samples will not be compromised. Samples are accepted at the buyer's office located at: Sofia - 1618, 201 Tsar Boris III Blvd, by 5:00 PM on the date set as the deadline for receiving offers. The samples will be opened at a public meeting of the commission under Article 103, paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Act, which candidates or participants in the procedure or their authorized representatives, as well as representatives of the media, may attend.
