Suppliers must submit offers that meet the full scope of the requirements outlined in the attached specifications. Offers that do not comply will be rejected. Additional terms are detailed in the draft contract included in the attachments. The contractor may rent facilities from the buyer under specified rental conditions. If the hospital participates in programs like the 'Good Meal in Hospital Pilot Program', the contractor must adapt their services to meet the standards of these programs. The buyer is currently involved in the 'Good Meal in Hospital Pilot Program', but the funding and requirements of this program do not affect the contractor's offer, which should be based solely on the specifications provided. Suppliers are encouraged to conduct a preliminary site visit to gather necessary information for preparing their offers. The costs of this visit will be borne by the contractor.
