Office Furniture Supply for the Faculty of Chemistry at Warsaw University of Technology

This contract involves the supply of office furniture for the Faculty of Chemistry at Warsaw University of Technology, divided into three tasks: Task 1 - delivery of chairs and seats, Task 2 - delivery of office furniture, Task 3 - delivery of a desk frame. Detailed specifications can be found in Annex 2 to the SWZ, which also serves as the pricing form for each task. The offered products must be brand new, approved for use in the European Union, and meet current standards. The buyer allows for the assembly and installation of furniture on-site within 2 working days after delivery. Suppliers are required to submit the following with their offer: 1) Relevant evidence including the pricing form (Annex 2 to the SWZ); 2) A declaration of non-exclusion and compliance with participation conditions on the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) form, prepared according to the standard template established by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/7; 3) A declaration of non-exclusion (Annex 8 to the SWZ); 4) A power of attorney authorizing the submission of the offer, if submitted by an agent; 5) A power of attorney for the representative in the case of joint bidders; 6) Annex 6 - Declaration of the Contractor based on Article 117(4) of the Public Procurement Law, if applicable.
