Supply of Cold Beverages for University Catering

This contract involves supplying cold beverages to the university catering facilities. The goal is to establish a framework agreement with a supplier. The contract period starts on December 1, 2025, and ends on November 30, 2027, with the option to extend for up to two additional years, until November 30, 2029. The contract will terminate once the total quantity specified in the procurement documents is reached, even before the end date. Prices are fixed for six months at a time. For the period from December 1, 2025, to May 31, 2026, the bid price from the tender will apply. Price adjustments will occur twice a year on June 1 and December 1, in accordance with the price adjustment clause outlined in the procurement documents.
