Connectivity Upgrade for Educational IT Infrastructure

This public procurement contract involves expanding the existing IT infrastructure of the school by providing necessary hardware, software, and licenses. The goal is to modernize the IT systems to meet the connectivity standards for schools. Key tasks include analyzing the current network setup, installing active network components, designing network topology, preparing a technical implementation plan, configuring the network infrastructure, implementing network traffic logging, training designated personnel, documenting the implementation, verifying network functionality, supplying and installing servers and data storage, and providing service and technical support during the warranty period. Additionally, the contractor must prepare all documentation required to demonstrate compliance with the Integrated Regional Operational Program 2021-2027, specifically for the 44th call for secondary schools. Compliance with the school connectivity standards is mandatory, and the selected contractor will need to provide written proof of meeting these requirements upon project completion. This project is co-financed by the European Union under the Integrated Regional Operational Program, project name Future Education.
