Street Lighting Maintenance in Sipoo (2025-2027)

This contract opportunity involves the maintenance and servicing of street and road lighting across various locations in Sipoo. The project includes approximately 4,900 light points and around 90 street lighting control centers, covering a lit road network of about 120 kilometers. The municipality of Sipoo is responsible for managing and maintaining its own street lighting, as well as some lighting for private roads and state roads within its borders. Maintenance rounds are conducted twice a year, in early autumn and early spring. The lighting is controlled by dusk sensors and timers, requiring manual activation from the control centers. The procurement includes tasks related to the maintenance, upkeep, construction, and renovation of the municipality's street and road lighting network. Additionally, it encompasses the installation of new street lighting networks and electrical work. The contract also covers electrical work related to the lighting and technology of municipal green areas, fields, sports areas, recreational paths, park walkways, and other potential municipal sites, as well as minor electrical and lighting technical planning.
