Medical Equipment Maintenance Services Contract

This contract is for a 24-month framework agreement for preventive and corrective maintenance services for medical equipment at the "Iuliu Hațieganu" University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. The services include maintenance for various types of medical equipment such as sterilizers (MELAG and GETINGE), dental units, simulators, dental technical equipment, and compressors. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 15 days before the bid submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond to all requests on the 10th day before the deadline. The bid value does not include the provision amount, which will be used for replacement parts and materials needed during the contract. Unit prices for replacement parts and materials will be determined based on market prices at the time of need. The maximum value indicated in the data sheet represents the estimated value for the maximum quantities, plus the provision amount.
