24/7 Security Services for the Court of Appeal in Poznań

This contract involves providing round-the-clock security services for the Court of Appeal located at Hejmowskiego 3, Poznań. The service must be delivered by a contractor with a valid license from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration for the protection of persons and property. The security team will consist of four agents: two working full-time, seven days a week, and two additional agents working on Mondays from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and from Tuesday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The contractor must ensure that qualified security personnel are employed in accordance with the law on the protection of persons and property. Additionally, the contractor is required to provide support from a rapid response intervention team throughout the contract period. The estimated total hours for the basic order is 33,530 hours, with an additional 22,270 hours available as an option. The detailed description of the contract is included in Annex 2 of the procurement documents. The contracting authority reserves the right for the contractor to personally perform key tasks related to the security services. The contractor may subcontract parts of the order, but only for the intervention team as specified in Annex 2. The contractor must also have civil liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 2,500,000 PLN for all incidents during the insurance period.
