Pharmaceutical Products Supply Contract

This public procurement contract involves the supply of pharmaceutical products across 13 specific categories. Each category includes detailed descriptions of the pharmaceutical products, such as the international non-proprietary name, quantity of active ingredient, dosage form, measurement, estimated quantity, and projected value, as outlined in the Technical Specification (Appendix 1), which is an integral part of this documentation. The quantities listed in the Technical Specification are estimates, and the contracting authority is not obligated to order the entire estimated quantity but will place orders as needed. The contracting authority reserves the right not to order a specific pharmaceutical product or the entire quantity of a given product, making requests based on their needs. It is possible that the need for one type of product may exceed the quantities specified in the technical specification, without changing the maximum allowable total value of the contract. The actual execution of the public procurement will be determined based on patient admissions and the forecast from the Specialized Hospital for Active Treatment of Hematological Diseases for the necessary medications for a period of 24 months. Specific deliveries will be determined by the needs of the healthcare facility with requests to the contractor.
