Supply of Computer Equipment for Courts in Rzeszów

This contract involves the delivery of computer equipment for courts in the Rzeszów appellate area, as specified in the Terms of Reference (SWZ). The procurement is divided into the following packages: - Package 1: Delivery of standard computers - Package 2: Delivery of All-in-One computers up to 24.5 inches - Package 3: Delivery of All-in-One computers minimum 26.5 inches - Package 4: Delivery of standard laptops 15.6 inches. Technical and functional specifications, along with a detailed description of the items and a quantity breakdown, are provided in Annex 1 (sections 1.1-1.4) of the SWZ, which also serves as the pricing form. The equipment must be brand new, unused, produced no earlier than 2025, complete, equipped with necessary technical elements for operation, ready to use without any additional purchases, free from third-party rights, and sourced from official sales channels in Poland. Required service and implementation conditions for the delivered equipment, including warranty details, are specified in Annex 1 (sections 1.1-1.4) and in the contract template in Annex 7 of the SWZ. The order will consist of the following quantities: - Package 1: Delivery of standard computers a) Basic order – 127 units b) Optional order – 116 units - Package 2: Delivery of All-in-One computers up to 24.5 inches a) Basic order – 256 units b) Optional order – 241 units - Package 3: Delivery of All-in-One computers minimum 26.5 inches a) Basic order – 61 units b) Optional order – 135 units - Package 4: Delivery of standard laptops 15.6 inches a) Basic order – 172 units b) Optional order – 150 units.
