Supply of New Electric Vehicle and Charging Station

The contract involves the supply of a brand new, unmarked electric vehicle along with necessary equipment and a wall-mounted charging station for the Transport Department of the Police Headquarters in Szczecin. The buyer may increase the number of vehicles ordered by one additional unit under an option right, which must be exercised within 40 days of the contract signing. After this period, exercising the option requires the contractor's consent. The option must be fulfilled no later than 40 days after the option right is declared. Detailed specifications, quantities, and requirements for the order are outlined in the detailed description attached as Annex 1A to the draft contract provisions and in Annex 6 to the Terms of Reference. The contractor must provide additional information in their offer, including the vehicle's brand, model, version, production year, maximum net power of the electric motor(s), battery capacity, and various warranty details. The vehicles must be brand new, produced no earlier than 2024, free from technical and legal defects, and not subject to any third-party rights or legal proceedings. The contractor must also indicate authorized service stations for the proposed vehicle in Poland. Delivery must be made by the contractor's own transport to the specified address during business hours. Detailed requirements regarding acceptance, warranty conditions, and payment are specified in the contract provisions attached as Annex 6 to the Terms of Reference.
