Telecommunications Services and Equipment Supply

This contract involves providing telecommunications services to the buyer, which includes: 1) The primary contract scope: a) Establishing a Wide Area Network (WAN) connection using IP VPN MPLS technology to 19 locations of the buyer: the Main Center (CP), 17 Field Branches (OT), and the Backup Center (CZ). The addresses of these locations are detailed in Annex 4 of the Important Provisions of the Agreement, which is Annex 8 to the SWZ; b) Maintaining the connections mentioned in point a) throughout the duration of the contract; c) Providing broadband internet access to the CP and CZ and maintaining this access for the entire contract period; d) Setting up an additional, independent L2 connection with a capacity of 10 Gb/s between the CP and CZ, ending with an Ethernet SFP+ LC MM 10 Gb/s fiber interface on both ends; e) Providing colocation services for the buyer's IT equipment, meeting the requirements specified in Annex 1 of the Important Provisions, where the contractor will relocate specified equipment from the current CZ to a new CZ location; f) Supplying one (1) unit of a 42-U rack with specifications outlined in Annex 2 of the Important Provisions. 2) Optional scope: a) Establishing an additional, independent L2 connection with a capacity of 10 Gb/s between the CP and CZ, ending with an Ethernet SFP+ LC MM 10 Gb/s fiber interface on both ends; b) Supplying four (4) units of 42-U racks with specifications outlined in Annex 2 of the Important Provisions. 2. Detailed descriptions and conditions for the execution of the contract are specified in the Important Provisions, which are Annex 8 to the SWZ.
