Transportation Support and Agency Services

This contract opportunity is for subcontracting personnel transportation agency services in the Tervia Logistiikka Oy operational area, which includes Central Ostrobothnia, Kainuu, North Ostrobothnia, and Lapland welfare areas. The contracting authority will order services as described, including: - Outside the contracting authority's regular hours - During peak times - During events and meetings of the contracting authority's staff, such as training sessions. These will be agreed upon together with the service provider at least 5 business days before the planned event. The contracting authority has established a dynamic procurement system through which transportation operators will be acquired to carry out customer transport. The contracting authority is requesting bids for personnel transportation agency services and related tasks as a subcontract for an indefinite period. The contract period begins on the date of signing the procurement contract. The selected service provider will be responsible for providing transportation agency services to the contracting authority according to the service description and requirements. The contracting authority will grant the service provider access to its agency system(s). The service provider will handle customer orders related to transportation, consolidations, scheduling, planning, and the dispatch of transportation to vehicles of approved operators according to agreed guidelines and rules. The contracting authority aims to develop the service content in collaboration with the selected service provider.
