Feasibility Study for Electrification of Railway Sections in Romania

This contract involves conducting a feasibility study for the electrification of six railway sections in Romania, specifically from Chitila to Titu and Pitesti cap Y. The study must comply with the Romanian Government Decision no. 907 from November 29, 2016, which outlines the stages and framework content for technical-economic documentation related to public investment projects. Interested suppliers can request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation until 22 days before the bid submission deadline. The contracting entity will respond to all requests for clarification in a clear and complete manner 12 days before the bid submission deadline. Requests for clarification submitted after the established deadline will not be answered. All requests must be submitted through the SEAP platform and signed with an extended electronic signature.
