Medical Supplies Procurement in Romania

This contract involves the procurement of medical supplies as outlined in the specifications document. The estimated value for each lot is as follows: Lot 1: between 139,770 and 252,920 RON; Lot 2: between 127,425 and 438,200 RON; Lot 3: between 71,800 and 290,200 RON; Lot 4: between 115,950 and 282,750 RON; Lot 5: between 103,960 and 328,470 RON; Lot 6: between 33,000 and 99,000 RON; Lot 7: between 24,900 and 51,000 RON; Lot 8: between 6,120 and 18,360 RON; Lot 9: between 92,300 and 653,200 RON. The total estimated value of the framework agreement, excluding VAT, ranges from 715,225 to 2,414,100 RON. The technical and construction characteristics of the products are detailed in the specifications document. The maximum and minimum quantities related to the framework agreement are specified in the annex of the specifications document. The maximum and minimum quantities for subsequent contracts for each lot of the framework agreement are also detailed in the annex. The frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded are based on the quantities outlined in the specifications, which are indicative and do not constitute a contractual obligation. These quantities have been estimated based on average consumption from previous years. Subsequent contracts will be concluded monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or whenever a new need arises, with the value of each subsequent contract determined according to the needs specified in the contract and the financial resources available to the contracting authority.
