Security Technology for Residential Services in North Karelia

This procurement involves acquiring a comprehensive security technology system for residential service units in the North Karelia welfare area. The tender includes hardware, software, consumables, maintenance, device training, and user support. The contract is planned to start upon signing and will last until January 31, 2028, with an option for an indefinite extension thereafter. The procurement is expected to be re-tendered in five years. The system includes the following devices: background software (including licenses), transmitter units, alarm buttons, bed alarms, door sensors, motion sensors, and alarm mats. The quantities specified in the requirements are estimates based on anticipated needs during implementation and are not binding for orders or limiting the number of devices ordered. The acquired system will not transfer ownership to the buyer.
