Biodiversity Project Management Consultancy Services in Kilkenny

IDA Ireland is seeking a project management consultancy team to assist with a Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) project at the Purcellsinch Business Park in Kilkenny. This initiative aligns with IDA's Climate Action Plan and aims to enhance environmental sustainability through biodiversity improvements. The project site is approximately 36 hectares, with 7.5 hectares designated for amenity lands, providing an ideal location for significant biodiversity enhancements. The selected consultancy team will be responsible for various tasks, including conducting baseline surveys, calculating biodiversity gains, implementing design plans, and monitoring progress to ensure project goals are achieved. The team should include qualified professionals such as a Project Manager, Ecologist, Landscape Architect, Civil and Environmental Engineers, Quantity Surveyor, and other specialists as needed. The scope of work includes initial design, ecological surveys, detailed design and procurement, construction oversight, and a three-year maintenance and monitoring phase.
