Cleaning and Waste Collection Services in Ogíjares, Spain

The purpose of this contract is to provide cleaning and waste collection services for the municipality of Ogíjares. The services include: a. Collection and transportation of urban solid waste (RSU), which involves the separate collection of household, commercial, and organic waste, as well as collection at markets, fairs, and events. This service includes the provision, maintenance, and cleaning of waste containers, door-to-door collection in specific areas like Urbanization El Carmelo, and transportation to the treatment plant located in Alhendín. b. Management of the municipal clean point, which includes supplying the necessary materials for its proper operation, periodic collection, and transportation of waste to treatment or recovery facilities managed by an authorized operator. The facility will have its own staff, and the contract will cover their salary expenses. c. Street cleaning services, which include mechanical and manual sweeping of roads, sidewalks, curbs, and public spaces, as well as emptying and maintaining trash bins throughout the municipality. This service will cover all public roads, squares, and parks, with a minimum frequency of six days a week, except in areas managed by Conservation Entities, as specified in the Technical Specifications Document. All services will be provided in accordance with the terms outlined in this document and the Technical Specifications Document, which are contractual in nature.
