Planning Services for Energy Renovation of a Holiday Home

The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is seeking a general planner for the energy renovation and modernization of the property "Social Work of the BfV, Wangen" located in Wangen Öhningen, including the construction of parking spaces. The main building consists of holiday apartments and rooms, situated near Lake Constance. The property has not been modernized since the early 1990s, and the BImA aims to update it to meet current living standards and legal requirements. The project will adhere to guidelines such as the Building Energy Act (GEG) and the Barrier-Free Building Act (BGG). The goal is to create a future-proof, energy-efficient, and accessible property that enhances guest comfort while considering ecological aspects. The general planner will be responsible for all planning services from phase 1 onwards, including basic and special services as per the HOAI (Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers). This includes site analysis, design, execution planning, and project supervision, as well as necessary surveys and environmental assessments. The general planner will also handle all necessary applications and approvals with relevant authorities.
