Tree Inspection Services in Kummersdorf, Germany

This contract involves providing tree inspection services for the Waterways and Shipping Office Spree-Havel (WSA S-H) as part of safety regulations. The inspections must be conducted at least once a year and include both trees owned by WSA S-H and those belonging to third parties. The work is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers approximately 2,000 trees in the Kummersdorf area along the Dahme Waterway and Zernsdorfer Lanke, while Lot 2 includes around 5,000 trees along the Storkower Gewässer. The contracting authority will provide tree identification tags, which must be affixed at a height of 2.80 meters above ground level. The contractor is responsible for supplying the necessary equipment for this task. Inspections conducted on water will require the use of a boat, and special permits may be needed for navigating locks and bridges. Additional tasks include updating the tree inventory (including providing digital data in KML format) and handling organizational duties such as applying for permits and sending information letters to property owners/users.
