Construction of Two Residential Buildings in Brzeziny

This contract involves the construction of two multi-family residential buildings in Brzeziny, along with the necessary technical infrastructure. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining the final and unconditional occupancy permit for the buildings. Additionally, the scope includes the development of alternative project documentation, specifically the Technical and Executive Project for the building's structure, which covers: • foundation work – foundation slab; • walls and ceilings using prefabricated, large-panel technology with walls made of lightweight concrete; • obtaining an alternative building permit if necessary. Detailed construction work scope and guidelines for project changes are included in the attachments to the SWZ, numbers 12.1 – 12.5.
